What's the one career move that's been sitting at the back of your mind, the one you just can't seem to shake?

Maybe it's going for that promotion, a pivot into a new field, or even starting your own business.

And maybe you've even felt that spark of excitement about it right up until the next morning, when you talked yourself right back out of it.

But what if the real question isn't what's your next career move? What if, instead you asked, what's stopping me from making this move?

Welcome to courage. Loading. I'm Alicia Noble, leadership coach and career transition strategist.

Over the past two years, I've been redefining what success means to me. And I'm not going to lie, it's been hard work.

But what I didn't quite appreciate was just how much of that work needed to begin with me, and the glass ceilings I'd created to limit myself.

Here we'll explore not just the event of career change, but the real transition, the messy middle, the complex layers of identity, beliefs and self-leadership that shape every move that we make.

Because finding courage isn't a one and done. Some days it's overflowing. Other days it's barely there. It starts when you fought hard for that seat at the table, just to still question whether you truly belong.

When you downplay your achievements because you're afraid of being found out.

When you hold back from going after what you want.

Convincing yourself that you're not quite ready yet.

That's exactly what we'll explore.

This is courage loading.
